I'm Megan and I'm a Registered Dietitian and lover of all things food! As a dietitian, I have experience working in public health, community and individual education, weight management and long-term clinical care.
Dietitian Meets Foodie was created to share my passion for food, and encourage individuals to let go of negative food and health beliefs. My goal is to Inspire people to enjoy food again and let go of negative thoughts and behaviors associated with dieting.

With having all sorts of native fruit at my disposal, I was looking for new and unique ways to use it. Papaya thrown into meatballs was the unique and random concoction that turned into our favorite meal. Brett loved it so much that I had to come home and make it again, with my store bought papaya.
